Consult your OB first but the modified version of your exercises before pregnancy is safe. Like for me, bike to work before then modified to walk to work nung nabuntis. 1km away lang ang office, and I walked every weekday to the office until I was 38 weeks (tinigil ko since I wasn't ready to take maternity leave yet). Daily stretchings rin to keep my flexibility.
