Matigas na dumi

Hello po first time mom here. Cs po ako nakadumi naman ako before madischarge at okay naman. Then, after a few days pag uwi namin hindi na ko madumi dahil sa sobrang tigas at laki na huhu effective po ba ang senokot for stool softener? Thank you!!

yes po once lng po if needed lng at baka masyado nmn maging loose stool na 😬 more intake ka din po ng fluids para di ka madehydrate .
