Breech Baby

Hello po, first time mom here 33 weeks & 3 days preggy, ask ko lang po ano pong home excercise pwede gawin kapag meron kang breech baby? Thanks in advance

Contradicting na kasi yan. Technically if your OB asked you to go on bed rest, then you can no longer exercise.. so possible na maCS ka nyan if hindi sya umikot on his/her own. Your already 33weeks kasi, pray and hope na umikot pa sya, possible pa naman but can no longwr guarantee..

Sa second child ko breech baby siya @38 weeks sabi ng midwife mag play daw ng music malapit sa puson, kausapin siya as often as you can and most of all mag PRAY po palagi. @39 weeks hndi na cya breech, I gave birth to her via NORMAL DELIVERY 😀😀😀

breech baby can correct by manually manipulating the baby 😊😊😊😊 para imikot xa ng sapilitan at mauna na ang ulo

30 weeks preggy here, at breech din c baby advice lang ni ob magpatugtog daw ako bandang puson,

Ito gnagawa q nong malaman kong breech position ang baby q..at naging normal ang delivery q..

Atleast 5 minutes..tpos every morning or evening q ginagawa.

Pinag bebed rest din kasi ako ng OB ko dahil nag oopen ung cervix ko

lagyan mo ng light and music sa baba ng puson mo para sundan niya po

lakad ka lang na lakad, iwasan ang pagtulog at paghiga

ung sister ko ndaan sa hilot.
