Basta po sweet nakakalaki. Although if from fruits kase all natural naman kaya lang still sugar pa din yun. Kahit po sa mga may diabetes bawal yung matatamis ng fruits. Kaya if buntis at may gestational diabetes better check muna lagi mga kinakain.
