Pregnancy test kit are mostly accurate. Common error is false negative result that's why we do confirmatory test like serum blood test and transvaginal ultrasound. It rarely gives a false positive result unless you have other conditions like pcos or hormonal problem. Probably you did a PT due to a delayed period which is the first sign of pregnancy. Yung mga symptoms like hilo, pagsusuka mas ramdam mo sya around 8-12 weeks. Remember as well na hindi lahat nakakaranas ng paglilihi. Not all pregnancy are the same. Do a serum blood test to be completely sure.
