Random blood sugar test

Hi po. Ask ko lang po if mataas po ba tong blood sugar level ko for a random test? Thanks po.

Mataas po yan.. 7months preggy here..and i have gestational diabetes.. It should be less than 95 before meal and less than 120 after meal..
