Maternaty benefit

hi po anyone who knows maternaty leave benefit for working moms yung kaka approve lang po ni duterte, yung 105 days leave with pay. paano po kaya makukuha un and pano malalaman if qualified?

kelan pa itong post na ito?wala kasing date.ang new maternity law is nag take effect na po march 11, 2019 pa.pag nanganak ka on dat day or beyond that.u can avail that privilege.ask d hr of your employer about it.
