Don't skip your OB-prescribed vitamins po. Eat healthy at drink lots of fluids po. Sabi nila wala pa raw bawal kainin sa first trimester pero I suggest bawasan na agad ang sugar at salt kasi prone tayong preggy moms sa gestational diabetes and UTI. Sa first tri, eat small frequent meals po throughout the day at wag magpapagutom, dapat lagi po kayo may dalang light snacks like Skyflakes or Fita para iwas sa nauseous feeling. Take it easy and enjoy the journey lang po, mommy. Congrats po!

Eat healthy foods, stay hydrated, relax and be stress-free! 1st trimester is the critical stage kasi ito po ang organogenesis o pagform ng different organs ni baby. Inom ka po ng prenatal vitamins, iwasan ang dapat iwasan kagaya ng alcohol, smoke etc. Yung sakin medyo stressy ako sa 1st trimester ko dahil sa pagsusuka pero kain pa rin para hindi mahilo.
