how to get passport??

hi po, ano po ba requirements pag mag kuha passport po, at need pa po ba nating mga buntis mag online appointment bago pumunta dun? kasi nag search ako EXEMPTED na sa online appointment ang mga buntis mag punta nlng dun directly w/OA..

no need for appointment! psa birth cert psa marriage cert (if married and magpapalit ng last name) valid id
