Coffee 1cup a day Bawal alak yosi given na yun Fruits moderate .. Eat alot of protein rich food ( poultry eggs, chicken, meat) and ofcourse gulay Sweets in moderation or none at all Eat iron rich foods. Punta ka sa foods page ng app na ito nasa home korteng apple ung icon youll see more what you must and musnt eat :)
Magbasa paEat more vegetables and fruits and don't forget the milk, especially Anmum. Bawal ka po sa mga alak, matatamis at malalamig.
