Needing advise for breastfeeding

Hi po almost 2 weeks na aq nakaanak and sobrang wla malatch baby q...kumakain nmn aq lage ng sabaw..ngpump aq pero tuldok tuldok lng napapump q...any advise po ano mga supplement pede inumin pra dumami milk q..any massage theraphy. And other advise po.thanks#advicepls

Try Natalac. Then punasan po ang nipples and breast ng mainit na tubig with the use of clean towel or cotton. Dun lang na unclogged yung ducts ko.
