Hi po! Accurate po ba ang calendar fertile and infertile days para makaiwas sa pregnancy? I just gave birth via cs 5months ago and breastfeeding po ako so no to birthcontrol pills. Ano pong effective ways na pwede to prevent pregnancy? Thanks po
