Hi po 4days napo kasi ako Hindi nadudumi , natural lang poba yon sa buntis? Ano paba dapat Kong gawen?

Eat sweet potato/kamote. It is rich in fiber. Naging maganda digestion ko when I started eating it at di masakit dumumi.

Eat ka ng green leafy veggies, fruits na mayaman sa fiber. And lots of water.

Try to eat fibrous fruits, then drink lots of water.
