4mos preggy blood-like in urine

Hello po, 4 months preggy here. May naka experience po ba na mamula mula ang ihi at may maliit na buong dugo sa urine? Nag pa urinalysis na po ako, yes may infection but not that high. Question ko po, is it normal na parang mamula mula ang ihi if you have UTI? Tia. Stay safe mumsh!
