Vaginal Yeast Infection 4mos preggy

Hi mamsh, I'm 4 months preggy, sobrang kati ng vagina ko, I think it's yeast infection. I'm taking cefalexin right now to treat my uti. So feeling ko, side effect to ng antibiotic. My question is, ano kayang cream pde ipahid na safe for preggy? Tia, stay safe mamsh!
