hello po 1st time mom po ako ask ko lang po if normal lang ba maka ramdam ng kirot at medyo naninigas puson ko 13 weeks 3 days pregnant po ako.

Try to ask your OB po. As a first time mom dapat po lahat ng nararamdaman natin alam po ni OB
