Hello po, 10wks preggy here. Ask ko lanv po kung pwede ko ipahilot yung likod ko, right side. Nagkamali kasi ako ng galaw parang may naipit na ugat. Discomfort po kasi. Tia!

No to hilot mommy. Lalo na First trimester. It is unsafe for the baby. Try to find other ways like applying warm compress or patches na lang to relieve pain. or better yet consult na lang to internal med baka may other problem.
