Confinement/Postnatal tips/advices/recommendations

Plssss share with me on post natal/confinement advices/tips especially from C-section mummies as I'd be due for my second child delivery yet i'm still experiencing spinal pains from my first born, would gladly appreciate it. Would also be great if you could share recommendations on post natal masseuse.

to me whenever you have the time make overnight oats pack it in the fridge for a healthy snack when baby is born. buy a lot of tea sachet for calmness like camomile tea.wear compression socks. if you see your baby wiggle from the sleep do not straight away carry give it some time to self soothe. unless the baby cry then you can soothe him. my point is be calm. dont rush. recovery on your side is important. do one thing at a time.
