implantation bleeding

Please i was 3 days late for my period which was quite unusual, i did test on 2days late it was negative now on Sunday i started having spotting with cloth and also had sex then on Monday the bleeding was heavier and the blood was dark with clot and serious abdominal pain, what should i do
