Please notice me. I just gave birth to my first baby last april 1. Hindi po ako tinahi after panganak. Is it okay? Estimated how many months po ako ma heal completely? Please enlighten me

Mas mabilis po kung hindi tinahi. Ang kailangan na lang bumalik sa dati ay ang uterus kaya makaka experience pa din ng cramps
