Why do I get ichty prickly sensation on left breast after breastfeeding.It stops when breastfeeding.

it’s normal letdown pain..

it's intolerable sometimes, very painful. it usually starts after 5 minutes after feeding. sometimes there will be no pain at all. don't how to tolerate it.
