Baby's sensitive skin

Please help. Ang daming rashes at tuklap ng skin ng anak ko. She's only 3 months. Ginamitan ko na Cetaphil Baby, Calmoceptine at Baby Acne ng Tiny Buds pero ganyan parin. Any tips? Nasa out of the country pa pedia nya.

normal lng yan mie. like sa baby ko my predia recommend to use cetaphil pro ad derma bodywash and moisturizer. until now yan po ginagamit nmin. mawawala lang yan mie
