Is normal for toddler around 18 months to have diarrhea after starting antibiotics for ear infectio?

Please help to advise! My son's diarrhea seems to be getting worse. How bad will it be? Just now within 1 to 2 hrs he has poo poo twice and quite watery especially the second one. Today is around 4th day of antibiotics.
