Pinoys say "balut is good for your knees". If I let a toddler eat it, will it help in her develop stronger knees too? Just curious.

Good source ng protein, fat, at calcium ang balut pero mommy, hinay hinay lang! 'Wag masyadong pakainin ng balut ang bata. Madami pa namang foods ang mayroong mataas na source ng nutrition na makikita sa balut, and mas healthy pa!
