Pinoys say "balut is good for your knees". If I let a toddler eat it, will it help in her develop stronger knees too? Just curious.

Balut, a Pinoy delicacy, is boiled fertilized duck. It is popularly called "pampatigas ng tuhod" because of its high protein content. It's also loaded with high calories. Thus, it is safe to say that children can get nutritional benefits from eating balut, in moderation.
