limit your intake po sa ma carbs. Sa fruits naman wag yung labis na pag kain. konte lang. tapos green leafy veggies po.

Less rice. Iwas sa matatamis na pagkaen. Iwas sa sugary drinks. More on gulay ka na lang po muna and fish.
