I'm a nutritionist I study on ingredient as well. I have a doctors book so even if it's the supplement is pharmeautical grade I will check if there's any side effect before I consume. People please bear in mind, dosent mean pharmeautical grade has no side effect. I wouldn't spend $ to harm my own body.
