Pregnancy Taboo

People say there's a taboo that we need to follow. I accidentally use a scissor to cut something on bed just now as both my husband and I forgotten all about it. Will it hurt my baby inside me?

When i was pregnant my home was under reno , i cut and sew on my bed, my husband assembled wardrobes and table beside me. My baby is now 6.5 months and completely healthy.
