Iron supplements for breastfeeding moms

Pede po ba magtake ng ferrous sulfate ang nag papadede? Amputla kona kase tas bigla ako nahihilo parang nagalaw paligid ko minsan. 6 months na baby ko wala ba side effects sa kanya yun at sa gatas ko

Yes, you can take Ferrous sulfate. Iron is normally present in breastmilk. It will not affect your supply but Anemia can lower it. I would suggest Ferrous fumarate though as it is more gentle on your stomach and with enough iron content for treating anemia.

Obimin plus po. Mas mura po ito compare sa iberet at may DHA pa na kasama for brain development din ni baby. Ito po gamit ko. Turning 6 na din si baby.
