Sa 1st trimester medyo extra careful lang. Base lang kasi sa experience ko, nagspotting ako nun. Dalawang araw. Advice ng OB ko, wag muna. Mga 2nd and 3 rd trimester na din kami ulit. Pero better to ask your OB for surity.
