Vitamin C is very good for you mommy, and it is water soluable. Napapasa po natin ito sa breastmilk natin at safe naman po sa baby. Pero depende sa mg ng vitamin po. Consulta muna kayo sa OB ninyo para makasigurado, pero dapat ok lang po yan.
