painless and epidural

hi, pasharw naman po ng experience nya via normal deliver with painless or elpidural po? and ano po ang difference nila? thanks po, currently 35wks po

Ang epidural po mom, mas intense—yung pain numbing sa lower body. Painless, mas gentle ang approach, minsan mas mabilis. Pero pareho silang effective na magbigay ng relief sa labor pains. Kailangan lang pag-usapan with doctor kung anong best para sa'yo!
