hi, pasharw naman po ng experience nya via normal deliver with painless or elpidural po? and ano po ang difference nila? thanks po, currently 35wks po

Hello momi! Ang epidural, may needle na ipapasok sa spine para i-block yung pain sa lower body. Painless naman, usually involves meds to help you relax and reduce pain, pero mas malambot yung approach. Both options may pros, depende sa preference mo, but parehong may pain relief.
