believe one of the main contents being contested is Dang Gui. I was advised, even by the Hai Di Lao folks that I need to avoid it. not really sure if there are more but best to just check with tcm !
I would avoid all herbal soups unless you know about which herbs are safe and which are not.
Everyone around me said to avoid herbal soup, even Bak Kut Teh cannot eat🥲
