Hey, parents! I was curious to see how many servings per day of fruit you're feeding your toddlers? Also, what portions are you feeding them?

We see to it that we give a serving of fruits for our kid, especially during morning and lunch. Maybe a piece of fruit may do every meal, like one apple or orange in the morning and another serving in the afternoon. Sometimes, we just let him eat as long as he want. So far, we haven't experienced any adverse effect.
