How do you ensure consistency when it comes to discipline?
Voice your Opinion
Spouse and I jointly decided on our disciplinary method.
There's no consistency. Just depends on the situation.

Disciplining is a serious matter and would be good if both parents are on the same place
The last thing we want is to argue in front of our child, when disciplining them
We discuss together on how to plan that and layout guidelines accodingly
it is important to lay down guide lines especially when it comes to this
We have extended talks about it sometimes for the best of our child
We will acknowledge one another and discuss privately
We have to act and discipline in a similar fashion
Both parents have to agree on the method.
