My parent died 2 year ago and they leave us property na pag hahatian naming mag kakapatid . The problem is wala silang ginawang last will and testament . Whats the best thing to do ? I want it all fair any advise ?

We hired a lawyer to settle my parents' property. May inexplain siya something na magiging part siya ng estate (sorry I'm not that familiar with legal terms). Then we paid for the estate tax then the property was equally divided to us na magkakapatid.
