Pano po magfile Maternity leave? running 12weeks pregnant, BPO employee, sabe ng kwork ko magfile ndaw ako maternity mat1 for employed? Paano po b ggawin ko, pwede nb magfile kahit di pa nanganganak? or need manganak muna?#advicepls #1stimemom #pregnancy #pleasehelp #firstbaby

Yes po. ang ibig sabihin po ng Mat1 is notification mo na pregnant ka. Ask your HR po then send mo sakanila ung transV ultrasound. As soon as na confirm mong preggy ka need mo agad sabihan si employer. sila na magffile nyan sa sss and makakareceived ka na lang ng notif. Ung mat2 naman po is after mo manganak which is ung birth cert ni baby.
