Night shift

pang night shift po kasi ako. Anong need ko gawin or kainin para healthy prin c baby sa tyan ko?

Same tau sis, i just gave birth 2 weeks ago. Need mo lang inumin mga vitamins na prescribe sayo ng ob, veggies and fruits can also help to make the baby healthy then sa morning bawiin mo lang yung 8 hours (or more) na tulog.
