yes mii 🥲 partida 3x a week pilates pako neto with walking on some days. i have pelvic pain too. i tried sleeping reclined before, parang lalong napressure pelvic area ko sa bigat ng tyan ko 😅 what helped me are maternity belt (used sparingly), birthing ball and pillows specially sa tummy for side lying position and lower back. try to rest your back on that pillow too in the middle of the night. sabi ng OB ko is ang bawal lang naman is full straight on your back ka matulog.
