Regarding your placenta naman po, there is no problem din po that the placenta is implanted sa anterior part ng uterus. Having a high lying placenta is also a good thing. This means you have a high chance po of delivering normally because the placenta is not covering your cervix which is medically called “placenta previa.” Yung grade 2 naman po is the characteristic po ng placenta, which is again normal po at 30wks gestation.
