Pahingi advice po mga mamsh. Is it really necessary nah sa umaga or madaling araw ang paglalakad? I'm currently 34 weeks preggy. 2nd baby ko na po to. Nakakainis kasi ung MIL at FIL q na inoobliga aq gisingin alas 5 ng madaling araw para maglakad2 dahil nakakanipis dw ng cervix ung hamog sa umaga ? yung feeling na antok na antok ka pa tapos gigisingin kna ng sobrang aga. Kesyo lalong lalaki daw ang bata at mahirap ipabas pg tulog lng aq ng tulog at nd mglakad.

not necessarily po you should sleep when you feel you need to sleep.. Much better po un for u and your baby... Maternal Complications of Lack of Sleep During Pregnancy Poor sleep can adversely affect health, and it also has a critical impact on pregnant women, potentially leading to maternal complications such as hypertension and gestational diabetes. Ask your OB about that .. But for me you have to have enough sleep you can wake up early if your body wants too.. Or atleast 7-8 am not as early as 5am unless your body clock wakes u up
