Clium fiber every morning ang advise sakin ng OB ko? then maraming water. Ripe Papaya, prunes Juice, or Kamote din. Problem ko yan all throughout ng pregnancy ko. And syempre green leafy vegetables dapat mong kainin.

pag nagvisit ka sa ob mo mag asknka sakanya sakin may nireseta na lactulose para matulungan ka makadumi of home remedy naman prune juice po or eat ka ng papaya or apple. pinaka effective sakin papaya and lactulose.

Prune Juice every morning, pag wala pa laman ang tyan mo. Tas sundan mo mrming water. Effective yan, yan gngwa ko. Minsan Prune Juice then susundan q yakult then water. 😉😉

High fiber diet po momsh.. 😊 Like apple, veggies.. And drink more water,keep hydrated. Gnyan din ako 1st trimester.

Sterilized milk po mommy tsaka more water yun po ininom ko noon then after 2 hours nailabas ko na din po hehe

wag na wag umire po. try niyo po prune juice advised dati ng OB ko & damihan niyo inom ng water. less meat.

Momshie wag mo pilitin, normal lang na maconstipated ka basta inom ka lng ng maraming water.

mas maganda uminom ka ng anmum mommy. ms mbilis maka digest, mas nasarapan ako sa chocolate flavor.
