Since our breastmilk is meant for human babies, it's very compatible for them and easily digestible, unlike cow's milk (cows having 4 stomach compartments to digest). Kaya mas madalas rin magfeed ang mga bm babies compared sa nagf-fm na mas mahaba rin ang tulog dahil they need to conserve more energy to digest the milk.
