pag 32 weeks and 5 days pwede na ba ako mag lakad2 at mag squat2? or maaga pa masyado?

Mas maaga mas better kasi pag malapit na baka mas mahirapan ka pa po :) ..
pwede na po mommy, mas maaga mas madali. exercise mo narin po.
