Paano po ba ang pag inom ng daphne pills, magstart ba ako sa Sunday or kung ano ung araw ng pagtake ko(ex. Today is Saturday so ung itake ko is pang saturday din?) Naguguluhan kasi ako. Thank you. 🙂 #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

Always take it on the first day of mens whichever day it falls on at same time always. Remember first day of mens or magkagulogulo ung hormones mo. :)
