May activity during waking window, hindi pinapagod ang baby. For me, follow namin always ang 1hr-2hrs nap at 2-3 times in a day gap, tapos 2hrs na waking window (my baby is already 6 months so far ito talaga nagwork sa amin). Know your baby cues if sleepy na like scratching sa face, ears and hair pulling, sleepy eyes or fussy. Ideally kapag hindi pa talaga toddler usually may 2-3 times na nap yung baby in a day. Tapos as the baby getting older increase ang waking window. Iwas screen time before matulog or no screentime at all. More of playtime and outdoor exploration. At higit sa lahat consistency
