Paano nakakapagdiet?

Paano ba nakakapagdiet ang buntis? nahihirapan akong magdiet, kada month 2kilos nadadagdag saakin? #firstbaby

Nutritionist din yung OB ko. I had GDM when pregnant and she guided me sa kakainin. Aside from increase ng water, pinastop niya ako sa Anmum since may calcium supplement naman ako. Nakakalaki talaga ang maternity milk. Yung Onima ko na 3x/day, once nalang. I was advised to eat 6 small meals instead of 3. Sa food, stay away from added sugar as much as possible. Nag switch ako from white rice to brown rice. Sa fruits, wag yung matataas sugar like mango, grapes. Increase fiber para you'll feel busog longer.
