Practice talking to them in English. Read books. Practice writing din. Explain the rules in a simple manner. Ok din manood ng English shows/movies/news kasi andun yung common expressions, intonation, pati listening practice. Do this in moderation lang para hindi maubos ang oras nya kakanood. Finally, be patient. Hindi nila mape-perfect yan nang isang turuan lang. Correct, but don't humiliate :)
Learn yung subject verb agreement. Dun nagsisimula ang proper grammar. Read books na english like novels or newspaper. Pag movies kasi usually informal or slang na, kung mga documentary okay. And then practice it, mag english kayo sa bahay. Mas madali ang english than yung formal na filipino. Sa mga bata na may language delay, english ang ginagamit nila sa therapy dahil simpler.
