Maybe for exchange programmes. But it depends on her as well. Would have to see if we’re financially able as well
If they have the ability to and if it’s their wish. If not they can always go for exchange programmes etc
If he has the passion for it...I will do everything I can to ensure he gets the opportunity to do better
I'd prefer they stay in Singapore. However, if the need arises, I don't mind sending them abroad
